The plan today was to commute into work. That didn’t end up happening. I woke up late and also had a very, very large green smoothie that sat like a rock in my stomach. I felt pretty awful for doing it, but I drove into work today. Part of that might have also been from the discouragement of having the exact same weight today as I did two days ago. I know that it takes a while to show significant weight loss, but I figured with my restricted diet, I would have lost more than nothing in two days.
On the plus side, I did ride for about a half an hour on my trainer after I got home. I got all sweaty and tired. It was awesome.
Tomorrow will be my official return to group rides with the Bloomington Bicycle Club. I am quite excited.
